Scott, as product management director at Hydro, you’ve learned many companies’ plastic chemical dispensers in industrial settings can really take a beating. Maintenance, setting adjustments and general use of the dispenser can damage the plastic cabinet shell over time. Can you set the scene for us?

No problem. Imagine your janitorial staff getting ready for their daily routine. They go to the chemical dispenser mounted on the wall. How do they dispense the dosage? Do they gently press the dispenser with a finger or do they pound the unit with a fist? Have you ever seen a mop handle get pushed against a plastic dispenser? It’s not pretty. When these units need maintenance, does the plastic outer shell get carefully placed on a counter or dropped to the concrete? All these scenarios happen whether unintentional or not.
